Description
AmyPlus is a highly palatable moist feed with a distinctive fresh aroma and a golden brown colour. AmyPlus contains co-products from the processing of cereals as well as brewing and distilling. AmyPlus is high in energy and protein, with the protein being of good quality, high in DUP due to the heat treatment process during production. This well balanced nutritional profile makes AmyPlus especially suitable when used in grass silage based rations for dairy cows. A high performance moist feed designed to boost milk yield and quality, easy to handle and will balance a variety of rations and fully support forage shortfalls.
Nutritional Attributes
AmyPlus can be fed alongside silage or other forage stocks and the higher dry matter of the product means that less needs to be fed in comparison to traditional moist co-products. AmyPlus is an excellent feed for beef stores or growers as it has a good level of protein and energy which could benefit frame growth and can ideally be mixed with silage or straw. AmyPlus is suited to any PMR or TMR based diet, as it mixes well with forage, improving the open structure and reducing sorting from the overall mix. Vitamin and mineral supplementation should always be offered.

Beef Up to 12 kg/head/day.
Storage and Handling
Following delivery, Amyplus must be left uncovered 12-24 hours to allow any heat remaining from manufacture to dissipate. Then, the product should be clamped, sheeted tightly (with weights, etc) to exclude all air. Once ensiled, Amyplus will store for many months. It's bespoke acid preservative supports the keeping quality.
